Middle School is an exciting and ever changing time in a student’s life. In order to support our students' growth, we initiated a Life Skills class to teach the students how to navigate these years with courage and joy. The class teaches basic study skills, builds camaraderie and connection, and provides a safe place for our students to learn how to communicate well with others. We love our middle schoolers and their enthusiasm for life! Many of our middle schoolers love to participate in school events (check out the pictures from December’s Peppermint Pop-up Market and Snow Ball) and are also actively involved in extracurricular sports - GO CHARGERS! With the increased demand on their time, our students are learning to use the Life Skills lessons to balance these activities with their commitments to studies, family and friends.
